Terms of Service

Welcome to AppProbe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AppProbe mobile application ("App") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

AppProbe is a professional product research and user feedback platform connecting companies with real users. We serve AI tools, mobile apps, and digital products across all stages of development, launch, and optimization. Users can earn credits by completing the following research task types and passing quality review:

• Surveys — Complete structured questionnaires on your experience with AI tools, mobile apps, or digital services
• AI Tool Evaluation — Use and evaluate AI tools, submit structured feedback on features, performance, and user experience
• Usability Testing — Evaluate workflows, interaction design, and feature comprehension of apps or AI tools
• Bug Reports — Document and submit reproducible issues found while using a product, with supporting evidence
• Competitive Analysis — Evaluate competitor apps on real devices, comparing features, UX, and performance to generate actionable insights for product teams

Credits are awarded solely for submitting valid research evidence and passing review — not for installation, registration, or any app store actions. Credits can be redeemed for mobile phone top-ups, physical goods, coupons, vouchers, and other available rewards.

2. Eligibility

To use AppProbe, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have a compatible Android device
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

3. Account and Device Registration

3.1 Device-Based Identity

Your account is automatically created and linked to your device. Your device serves as your unique identity on the platform. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activities that occur under your account
• Not sharing your device access with others for the purpose of using your AppProbe account

3.2 One Account Per Device

Each device may only be associated with one AppProbe account. Creating multiple accounts using multiple devices, emulators, or any other means is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Phone Number Binding (Optional)

You may optionally bind a phone number to your account for account recovery purposes. Each phone number can only be bound to one account.

4. Task Completion Rules

4.1 General Requirements

When completing tasks, you must:

• Read and understand the task requirements before starting
• Complete all required steps as specified in the task description
• Submit valid and authentic proof of completion (screenshots, etc.)
• Complete tasks within the specified timeframe
• Follow all instructions provided for each task

4.2 Task Submission

• All submissions are subject to review and verification
• Review typically takes 1-3 business days
• We reserve the right to approve or reject submissions at our discretion
• Points will be credited only after successful verification

4.3 Grounds for Task Rejection

Task submissions may be rejected if:

• Screenshots or evidence are unclear, incomplete, or manipulated
• Task requirements were not fully completed
• Submission does not match the task requirements
• Evidence of fraudulent or automated completion
• Duplicate submissions for the same task
• Submission made after the task deadline

5. Points System

5.1 Earning Points

• Points are awarded upon successful completion and verification of tasks
• Point values for each task are displayed before you accept the task
• Points are non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify point values at any time

5.2 Points Balance

• You can view your current points balance in the Wallet section
• Points may be frozen pending review if suspicious activity is detected
• Frozen points cannot be redeemed until the review is complete

5.3 Points Redemption

• Points can be redeemed for: mobile phone credits (top-up), physical goods, coupons, vouchers, and other available rewards
• Minimum redemption thresholds may apply
• Redemption requests are subject to verification
• Processing time varies depending on the reward type
• Redeemed rewards are non-refundable

5.4 Points Expiration

• Points may expire if your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months
• We will notify you before points expiration when possible
• Expired points cannot be recovered

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Fraud and Cheating

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete tasks
• Submitting fake, manipulated, or falsified evidence
• Completing tasks without actually performing the required actions
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the App

6.2 Multiple Accounts

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using emulators, virtual machines, or device spoofing
• Using rooted or jailbroken devices to manipulate the App
• Sharing accounts or transferring accounts to others

6.3 Abuse of Service

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the service
• Harassing other users or our support staff
• Using the service for any illegal purposes
• Reselling or commercially exploiting the service

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Suspension

We may suspend your account temporarily if:

• Suspicious activity is detected
• Investigation of potential violations is required
• Verification of your identity is needed

7.2 Termination

We may terminate your account permanently if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in prohibited conduct
• You provide false information
• Required by law or legal process

7.3 Effect of Termination

• All unredeemed points will be forfeited
• Pending task submissions will be cancelled
• You will lose access to your account and all associated data
• You may not create a new account after termination for cause

8. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by AppProbe
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
• Content you submit remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for service operation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of points in your account
• We are not responsible for third-party apps or services accessed through tasks
• We are not liable for any loss of points due to account termination for cause

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppProbe, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit through the App

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

12.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service
• Change point values, redemption options, or reward catalog
• Update task requirements and verification processes

12.2 Terms Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

• Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through competent legal channels

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
